  • Must be a San Antonio resident and U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien.
  • First-time freshmen must show preparedness for the rigors of higher education through entrance test scores, high school grades, and class rank.
  • Must be be enrolled full time (12 hours) at UTSA.
  • Must have a completed FAFSA on file
